Annual Pet Memorial Day

Van Tassel Funeral Home annually celebrates National Pet Memorial Day on the second Sunday of September. Pets are a part of our family and we want to assist you in expressing love, accepting their grief, and remembering these family members in a meaningful way. Please join us in celebrating and honoring our pets by painting a rock with their name that will become a permanent part of our garden and placing it in our Pet Memorial Garden located on the left by the entrance in our driveway. You can bring your own rock with painted names of your pets at your own time or you can pick up a stone at the funeral home. If you have any questions, please give us a call at 973-743-1234.
