Girolamo Rombolá

Girolamo Rombolá, age 85 of Bloomfield, NJ, passed away at home on July 3, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Girolamo was born in Italy to Giuseppe and Delia. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Angelina (nee Merolla), three sons Jose Rombolá with his wife Eleonor, Antonio, and Gregory with his wife Maria, one sister Concetta, three brothers Ferdinando, Domenico, Antonio, 9 grandchildren Jose, Julian, Angela, Daniel, Katherine, Victoria, Gregory, Genesis, Jacqueline, Sabrina, and 1 greatgrandaughter Annalia. He worked as Maintenance at St. Barnabas Hospital. Girolamo enjoyed growing a vegetable garden, making Italian sausage and dancing tango. Visitations: Sunday, July 5, 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Van Tassel Funeral Home, 337 Belleville Avenue, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, July 6 at 10:00 AM, St. Valentines Church, Bloomfield, NJ followed by entombment at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, NJ
